So I forgot about this whole radio show thing for two weeks, and then only managed to show up for the second hour of my set. It was a fight to get myself here, and then I get into the studio and have to kick out a trio of underclassmen who can’t spell “Shakira”.

This show was a little on the fly, no laptop means no plan, and no way to know if I’d played the songs before. So I just took it as a field day and played a bunch of songs I loved but knew I’d already played before. Cheating never felt so boring.
